I’ve no wireless connection at my mother’s house so I must drive to my new place to access the Internet. Lack of Internet connection is very apparent in this country. Only someone privileged enough to usually have easy Internet access can understand the experience of how cut off from the rest of world one feels when Internet connection is sparse. Internet is addictive.***
Things in my life might be looking up. I met with one realtor today regarding clarifications and modifications to a purchase offer on my mother’s house. It included an in-depth discussion of continuing the sales trajectory if I returned to California. That makes me feel very hopeful. And hopeful is good. And also got word from a different realtor that her client is interested in purchasing too. An asking price offer.
